The colors on the status bar mean the following:
Green: Everything has been located and matches.
Red: The invoice or credit note is missing in both Opsyte and Xero.
Blue: The item has been found in Opsyte but cannot be located in Xero (e.g., the
invoice has been filed/skipped or is simply awaiting processing).
Orange: This invoice has a minor discrepancy that needs to be reviewed. For example, the invoice number and amount may match, but the date is different.
