We are thrilled to announce that Opsyte can now be integrated with Sideways! Sideways is a shared learning platform that brings tech and learning together to create a better way forward for online compliance training and support in the hospitality sector. We have now implemented a new feature that provides alerts for employee birthdays. This is visible on rotas as a birthday cake.

Integrating this feature into our system helps managers and colleagues know when it is a team members birthday to try and encourage a more engaging and supportive work environment. This will hopefully increase the amount of cake in the office.

There is now the ability to buy TrustID tokens within Opsyte - A new 'subscription and billing' area! Trust ID tokens are used to send Right to Work checks to new employees. Previously, if a company ran out of tokens, they had to contact support to purchase more. Now, admins can easily buy additional tokens themselves without needing to reach out for support. As long as the user has Admin permissions, they can go to Company Settings and select Trust ID Right to Work Verification under the Employment header to manage and purchase tokens directly, making the process more efficient and convenient.

Reports can now be viewed in both NET and GROSS thanks to the addition of a handy button located in the top right hand side of reports. Toggle between the two to switch the figures! If you haven't tried it yet, go give it a go.

Now, you can easily see notes on the rota just by hovering over them, keeping you informed at a glance! This is indicated by the black 'i' symbol in the bottom right hand corner.

Need to add a note? Simply right-click on a shift to do it in seconds.

When you add a note, the note icon under the day and date will change colour from grey to green, making it easy to spot these at a glance.
