February 2025 Release Notes: Exciting Updates!

As February comes to a close, we're excited to bring you fresh updates designed to enhance your experience on Opsyte. This month, we’re rolling out new features and optimizations to streamline your operations and boost efficiency. Stay ahead with Opsyte and make this March your best one yet!


These Release Notes will cover:

What do we mean by a Requested Feature?

We encourage our clients to suggest ideas for improvement by using the Feature Requests option in our sidebar. The Feature Requests page allows you to submit your ideas for improvement, as well as vote and comment on those left by other users. Please get involved and help us to decide what to develop next!


Opsyte Upgrades Are Now Live!

Over the past few months, our developers have been hard at work improving Opsyte, and the latest updates are now live! You'll notice a faster, more responsive experience, along with refined features designed to enhance usability and streamline your workflow. Thank you Devs!


Ability to Delete Presets

You can now easily edit or delete unused permission presets with just a click—simply head to the 'Edit Presets' button to make any necessary changes! The update now allows you to edit permission presets or delete any unused ones you no longer need. This makes it easier to keep your settings organised and ensure that only relevant presets remain.


Printing Staff Profile

You can now easily download employee profile information in PDF format. To do this, simply click the print button and select 'Save as PDF' as the printer option. This allows you to generate and store employee details in a convenient, shareable format.


Suppliers with Unapproved Invoices Highlighted

To improve visibility and streamline invoice management, suppliers with 'unapproved' invoices are now highlighted in a different colour on the supplier page list. This update makes it easier to quickly identify and address pending invoices, helping you stay on top of approvals and payments more efficiently.


Uploading invoices to Opsyte

You can now upload invoice files up to 10MB in size, allowing for greater flexibility when managing your documents. This update ensures that larger files can be easily uploaded without the need for compression or splitting, making the process more efficient and convenient.


Invoice Search Boxes

Invoice Search Boxes now automatically display the most recent invoices at the top of the list, making it quicker and easier to find the latest records without manually sorting through older entries.
