We encourage our clients to suggest ideas for improvement by using the Feature Requests option in our sidebar. The Feature Requests page allows you to submit your ideas for improvement, as well as vote and comment on those left by other users. Please get involved and help us to decide what to develop next!
Wage Report Now Comparative to Last Year's Data
The latest wage report now includes a detailed breakdown comparing this year's figures to last years for all categories, providing clearer insights into salary trends and changes.

There’s a few updates to the app including:
Can cancel holiday within the app
You can now cancel holidays in the app, with just a few taps you can manage your bookings effortlessly. Why not give it a try? Click on the 3 dots labelled More and select Holiday Requests, select the Holiday in question and click the Delete button in the top right hand corner.
Holiday Balance in the App
Holiday balances are now available to view within the app too! Which is a great way to keep track of how many days you have remaining.
Chat in the app
The chat function is now available in the Opsyte app! Communicating with your co-workers has never been easier. Open up the Opsyte App and give it a go.
Unlock Rota Approvals by Department
Now you can unlock rota approvals by department rather than having to unlock the whole day of shift approvals:
This can also be combined with the department restrictions so that only those who have access to certain departments can unlock/lock the job roles they need!
Bosh! Now those with the permissions to lock/unlock and approve can see clearly the departments they’re managing - no more guesswork or memory games!
Exporting Rota Without Job Roles In Compact Mode
You’re now able to export the rota without job roles visible in compact mode. It’s cleaner, clearer and takes up less screen real-estate.

Auto Breaks in the Rota
Now breaks are entered automatically based on logic in the Rota! For example; someone is set to work 6 hours, an automatic 20 min unpaid break appears in the rota approvals.
Just another step taken care of when building your perfect rotas!
Charity line
We now have the ability to add a charity or non-revenue sale line to your cash-up tracker to ensure accurate financial reporting. The charity line will not impact Net Sales or display a variance in the cash up.
To do this head to your trackers and create a new line, select the credit and choose the “NonRevenueSale” option and click create.
Managers Can Now Sign User Contracts When Sending
