What do we mean by a Requested Feature?
We encourage our clients to suggest ideas for improvement by using the Feature Requests option in our sidebar. The Feature Requests page allows you to submit your ideas for improvement, as well as vote and comment on those left by other users. Please get involved and help us to decide what to develop next!
Added Tooltips in the Statement System
We've added even more intelligent tooltips, giving you instant clarity on each document's status in the statement system. Say goodbye to guesswork-simply hover over buttons and sections for quick, effortless insights.
Invoice Rejection Reason
Rejecting an invoice with the reason marked as "Other" now requires you to provide a specific explanation. This helps to reduce human error and adds clear categorisation through a wider range of options. Not everything can fit under one header!
Deselecting Invoices for Approval/Rejection
Another added feature is to be able to deselect invoices for approval or rejection. No need to worry if you make a mistake, just deselect it!
Holidays Appearing in Outlook
Holidays will now appear alongside rota shifts in your Outlook calendar via your '.cal' link. Plan smarter, avoid double-bookings and keep track of when you're on shift (and when you're off!)
Department Headcount in the Rota
Users can now see the department headcount in the rota, enabling managers to quickly assess whether the department is adequately staffed for each shift, helping them avoid over- or understaffing. Very handy for knowing if you have enough staff during peak times at a glance!
Inclusion and Exclusion of National Insurance and Pension Costs
The over budget banner on the rota now respects the users option to include or exclude the National Insurance and Pension costs. If you select the box next to 'Include NI & Pension' this will adjust the budget in the banner at the top (the lovely red one). No more guesswork or speculation, get exact percentages and keep track of the budget in real time.
Toggle AM or PM Shifts in the Working Patterns
AM/PM toggles are a lovely new addition to the working patterns setup - select whether a worker is available for just early shifts, just late shifts or both. This is great if for example there are certain days every week an employee is unable to work due to other commitments such as further education.
Historical Manual Adjustments to Holiday Balances Now Visible
You can now see the list of historical manual adjustments to holiday balances in the holiday accrual page. These changes will be shown at the top when entering in holiday accrual along with the name of who has entered this information.
