We're only one month away from the holiday season, but we bring you early gifts in the form of continuous updates to Opsyte. The team have been really busy working on several new upcoming features - some of which were announced at our Profit Lab event. What do we mean by a Requested Feature?
We encourage our clients to suggest ideas for improvement by using the Feature Requests option in our sidebar. The Feature Requests page allows you to submit your ideas for improvement, as well as vote and comment on those left by other users. Please get involved and help us to decide what to develop next!
Invoice Approval
If you are a multi-site operator and have access to many different sites, you can now toggle between viewing and approving invoices in a single site or viewing all invoices over the entire group (if you have permission).
If you don't see this option, but would like it - talk to our support team who can enable it for you.
Payroll Page Improvements
We improved navigation on the payroll page and added the ability to quickly move forward or backwards between different payroll periods. You can now click the arrows to the left or right of the date picker, to move forward or backward to a different payroll period.
In addition to this, we added a handy total row to the bottom of the payroll report on Opsyte so you can quickly see the important figures without needing to export the entire payroll into Excel.
Profit Lab
We recently hosted Profit Lab on the 11th November, an event that saw a fantastic turnout and marked some exciting milestones for Opsyte. During the event, we officially launched our brand new Profit & Loss (P&Ls) software, along with the first phase of our AI powered features; an AI-generated summary. This AI capability will continue to grow throughout 2026 with brand-new features, unlocking even more insight and efficiency for our users. Profit Lab was also a great opportunity to connect with both new and existing clients, share forward thinking ideas, and have meaningful conversations with fellow industry experts about the future of hospitality and financial technology. A huge thank you to everyone involved in making Profit Lab such a success.
