Step 1: Redownload Sales Data
π Check if sales are now showing.
Step 2: Check Till Integration
If sales are still not showing:
If the till is connected
Return to the Cash Up page
Click Redownload Data again
Refresh the Rota page
If the till is not connected
Click on the relevant EPOS system
Enter your till login details
Save and confirm the connection
Go back to the Cash Up page
Click Redownload Data
Refresh the Rota page

If sales are still not showing after completing all steps above, contact Support for further assistance.
