Troubleshooting: No Sales Showing on the cash-up page or the Rota

Sales are not appearing on the cash-up page or the rota.

Step 1: Redownload Sales Data

  1. Go to the Cash Up page

  2. Click Redownload Data

  3. Refresh the Rota page

Step 2: Check Till Integration

If sales are still not showing:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Till Integration

  3. Check the connection status

If the till is connected

  • Return to the Cash Up page

  • Click Redownload Data again

  • Refresh the Rota page

If the till is not connected

  1. Click on the relevant EPOS system

  2. Enter your till login details

  3. Save and confirm the connection

  4. Go back to the Cash Up page

  5. Click Redownload Data

  6. Refresh the Rota page

Step 3: Contact Support

If sales are still not showing after completing all steps above, contact Support for further assistance.
