As we enter into March 2026, we have a number of improvements that have been rolled out onto Opsyte. As always, our main goal is to develop a platform that is tailored to the specific needs of hospitality operators like you! The release notes below provide a comprehensive summary of the updates and improvements we have delivered so far, we hope that you find these advancements as exciting as we do.

What Do We Mean by a Requested Feature?

We encourage our clients to suggest ideas for improvements by using the Feature Requests option which can be found underneath the question mark at the top of the Opsyte homepage. The Feature Requests page allows you to submit your ideas for improvement, as well as vote and comment on those left by other users. Please get involved and help us to decide what to develop next!


Mobile App

Contract Management and Accessibility

We've expanded the capabilities of our app to include comprehensive contract management. Not only can you now create and sign contracts right from the app (Client requested), but we've also made it possible for you to download or print contracts directly from the app. This enhancement means more flexibility and convenience for managers, and helps to streamline administrative tasks.

Rota Functionality

Our app's rota capabilities have been significantly improved. We've added the ability to publish rotas on the go, providing more flexibility and efficiency for your management tasks. This is especially useful for operators who need to make quick, on-the-spot adjustments to their staff schedules.

Staff List

We've heard your feedback and have added a basic read-only staff list to the app. This feature provides a quick and easy way to view your staff details, helping you manage your team more effectively.


HR & Holiday

Improved Holiday Accrual Toggle

Re-employing staff members just got easier. The holiday accrual toggle is now automatically enabled when rehiring an employee, making it simpler to pull back an employee's holiday information. This enhancement reduces manual data entry and ensures more accurate record-keeping. (Client requested)


Platform Improvements

Supy Integration

We've integrated the renowned stock system, Supy, with our platform. This integration promises to significantly streamline your inventory management process, making it faster and more efficient than ever before. In the spirit of continual improvement, we're always looking for ways to better serve you. Your feedback is instrumental in shaping the forward momentum of our platform. We appreciate your ongoing support and are excited about the future enhancements we have in the pipeline. As always, everything we build is driven by real operator needs and our ongoing commitment to supporting the hospitality industry with software that works as hard as you do.

The Supy integration enables the user to manage your theoretical cost of goods, live within Opsyte. You can make COGS to trackers to see daily splits and percentage margins to allow you to make key decisions on profitability, daily. You can now also log into Supy from Opsyte!


Ireland Expansion

We are proud to announce that Opsyte are now operating in Ireland, marking an exciting step beyond the UK. This growth represents a significant milestone in Opsyte's growth, broadening our reach and enabling us to start thinking on a larger, more global scale.
