We encourage our clients to suggest ideas for improvements by using the Feature Requests option which can be found underneath the question mark at the top of the Opsyte homepage. The Feature Requests page allows you to submit your ideas for improvement, as well as vote and comment on those left by other users. Please get involved and help us to decide what to develop next!

Any requests approved will now receive a notification confirming approval. They will also be notified once the request has been processed and completed.

We understand the importance of having control over your communication channels. We've enhanced the chat feature, allowing admins to edit or remove Mandatory Chats. This not only empowers admins but also ensures that the chat environment remains focused and productive.

At the request of our clients, we've made it easier for admins to book holidays for all employees during a specific timeframe, ensuring that everyone gets the rest they need without any administrative hassle. This feature is now live!

Select the Manage Holiday Restrictions button on the Holiday page, select Create New Restriction and select the restriction type from the dropdown. This can be paid or unpaid.

We've improved the department restrictions feature. Now, the default setting for department access is set to 'No Access', providing an extra layer of security and control. You can control if the department restrictions are set to full access or no access by default.

Transparency in shift alterations is vital. We've updated the Audit Log to provide more details on edited and deleted shifts, making it easier to track changes after publishing the rota.

Right click a shift on the rota and select the History button to view the Shift History.

We've added a new feature that sends notifications to employees when their shift changes. This feature will enhance communication and ensure that every employee is up-to-date with their schedule.

To help streamline contract management, we've added a feature that sends notifications to managers when contracts need signing. This update will help ensure that no contract goes unsigned. To receive the notification the employee will need to sign the contract first and Opsyte will then inform the manager that a signature is needed.

At the request of our clients, we've extended the forecast and budget to be three weeks in advance, rather than two. This update will provide a broader view of your finances, helping you to plan more effectively.

We've added a feature that allows you to view the cost of each shift on the rota. This feature will increase financial transparency and aid in budgeting decisions.

We've refined user permissions, ensuring that Snapshot settings can only be changed by Admin users. This change will maintain the integrity of your data and help prevent unwanted alterations.

The AI Persona Reports on Opsyte can now be linked to customisable groupings of sites from your group, allowing staff such as Area Managers to receive reports for just their sites. The ability to assign single sites or the whole group to Persona Reports remains unchanged. The structure of a Persona Report can now be edited via the 'Structure Prompt' allowing for additional customisation.
