Check Settings
Click the Settings icon.
Click "Shift Feedback".
Use the toggle to enable or disable Shift Feedback.
To add another question, open the "Add a Question drop-down".
Request a Question
To Request a new question , click on the button shown below.
Type the new requested question.
Choose the Question Type by using the dropdown.
Click Request
