What if Changes need to be made After Publishing? πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

Once shifts have been published, you will still have the option to amend them further by editing the rota. To make staff aware of any changes, you will need to resend shifts.

To send staff another email to make them aware of a shift change, go to the Rota Menu (top left corner) and select Resend Shifts. This will resend the shifts via email, only to the affected staff.
