Terminating a Staff Member's Employment

Terminating a staff member's employment when they leave the business is simple - here's how.

To terminate someone's employment with your company for any reason, you will need to navigate your way to their profile.

Head to to the Staff section of the portal, and clock on Staff List.

Once here, you will be presented with an overview of active staff to choose from. Find the name of the employee you need to terminate and click into their profile.

Once you are on the employee's staff details page, simply click on the red End Employment button in the top right hand corner of the page.

You will then be asked if you are sure that you want to terminate the employee and when you would like their last day of employment to be.

Once you have entered this information, you will then be presented with the below success message on the employee's staff details page, detailing the date of their last working day and final leaving date.
