This article will cover editing and cancelling deposits. To perform both of these functions, you will need to open the Deposits Received window in the Elements table of the Cash Up Page.
You can do this by clicking on the pencil icon next to Deposits Received.
You will see a blue pencil icon in the far right column next to each deposit. You will need to click on this to enable the deposit to be edited.
You will then be able to edit the Name of Event, the Event Date and the Notes. If you need to edit the Deposit Amount, please contact customer support.
You can also cancel deposits here by clicking the bin icon. This will bring up a window asking you to confirm whether you want the deposit to be cancelled.
To conform the cancellation of the deposit, click Yes.
