I didn't receive my registration email

If you've been added to Opsyte by your employer, but didn't receive your registration email, you will be able to log in using these steps.

If you've been added to Opsyte by your employer, but didn't receive your registration email, you will be able to log in using these steps.

Firstly, it may be worth checking that your registration email didn't get lost in your Spam or Junk folder, this can occasionally happen!

If your email is not there, then you will still be able to generate your own password and log into Opsyte:

  1. Visit the forgot password page here.

  2. Type in the email address your new employer signed you up to Opsyte with.

  3. Click Reset Password.

  4. Within the next 5 minutes you should receive an email prompting you to create your password. Click the link in this email.

  5. You will then be able to reset your password and log into Opsyte.

If you didn't receive your reset password email, there is a chance that your employer inputted your email address incorrectly. Please contact customer support and we will help you out. You can use the green chat button on the Opsyte homepage, pictured below, to get in touch.
