What do I mean by Requested Feature?

We encourage our clients to suggest ideas for improvement by using the Feature Requests option in our side bar. The feature requests page allows you to submit your own ideas for improvement, as well as vote and comment on those left by other users. Please get involved and help us to decide what to develop next!

Rota Templating Improvements 📆

We have added the ability for you to be able to delete your own rota templates, enabling you to stay organised and get rid of templates that are no longer suitable for you - without the need to contact customer support! (of course, we're very much still here to help if you have difficulties).

Click the Edit Templates button at the top right of the Templating page to get organising.

To help you monitor your service charge percentage, we are now displaying this in the Cash Up page for you.

The percentage you see next to your service charge line will indicate the percentage of service charge taken, compared to Gross revenue.

We have improved the tip allocations feature to respond to feedback that the process of allocating tips could be a little temperamental! We have updated it in the following ways:

There is now only one "Save" button at the bottom of the table, so you only need to press it once - rather than next to each individual you are adding tips too.

We have improved the error message given when you try to allocate more tips than you have available, it will no longer let you save your tips if this is the case.

You will now be able to unredeem deposits if you made an error when processing them. On the Deposits Redeemed tab you will now see a red unredeem button which will allow you to move the deposit back to Unredeemed Status.

The Weekly Sales Report will now show you an additional row for your Forecast, so you can also use this report to compare your forecast to actual income.

Our Comps Report has also had a fresh face! It will now show you your Comps as a % of your NET sales - we hope you all find this requested feature useful!
