What do I mean by Requested Feature?

We encourage our clients to suggest ideas for improvement by using the Feature Requests option in our side bar. The feature requests page allows you to submit your own ideas for improvement, as well as vote and comment on those left by other users. Staff Module Updates

Rota Approvals Re-design 👩🏻‍🍳

We have given our rota approvals a fresh face, to make it even easier for you to approve the shifts you need to! The rota approvals page is now split by department, so you can now approve each department separately, rather than having to approve all of the shifts together.

This improvement will make it even easier to share responsibility, and allow the people responsible for each section to just approve their own sections shifts!

Don't worry - if you're a fan of approving all the shifts together, you'll still be able to do this with the same "submit approved hours" button that you've used before.

New Clock In Setting ⏰

We have added a new setting to give you even more control over what you see in the rota approvals page. You can now set the page to default to showing a missed shift (zero approved hours) if an employee doesn't clock in.

You can find this new setting by visiting: Admin Menu - Other Company Settings - Clock in Settings. You can enable the setting by clicking the slider to green next to "Require Clock-In for Approval Hours".

New Payroll File 💸

Opsyte's payroll file now has a new look! When you first download the Excel file it will be presented in the ‘Compressed’ format only showing basic detail and the base hours and pay.

To expand the entire document, you need to select the ‘2’ in the top right corner. Similarly, to re compress the file you need to select ‘1’.

The expanded file will show the payroll file how you are used to with a breakdown of each job role for each employee. If you would only like to expand one employee, this can be done by selecting the plus or minus on the left-hand side.

Invoice Module Updates

Page Size Selector 📝

You are now able to change the number of entries on a page. On the invoice page in the top right corner, you can now select either 10, 25, 50, 100 or 250 entries per page.

This will help you if you have lots of invoices to approve and need to be able to better sort them!

Reporting Module Updates

New Exportable Reports 📊

You are now able to download more reports to Excel!

After selecting your date range and selecting “Generate Report” you can then select the drop down for “Download Report” and select “Excel”.

New Shift Report 📈

After being highly requested, we now have a shift report!

This report will show you: Forecasted Hours, Actual Approved Hours, Average Approved Daily Hours and Average Approved Daily Hours in Last Year, for each employee.
