What do we mean by a Requested Feature?

We encourage our clients to suggest ideas for improvement by using the Feature Requests option in our side bar. The Feature Requests page allows you to submit your own ideas for improvement, as well as vote and comment on those left by other users. We have updated our Contracts function to give you more control and flexibility! Managers are now able to delete employee contracts (as long as they have not been signed) - rather than going through customer support.

At Opsyte, we believe that staff should have ownership of their own data, so until now only the staff members themselves have been able to update their legal name and email address. However, thanks to your feedback, we appreciate that you'd like more autonomy to be able to do this yourself - so we have delivered.

Within the staff profile you are now able to see what employees have answered within their HMRC starter checklist form.

This can be found under "Payroll Information" within their staff profile.

We have worked to improve the way in which you change an employees job role. Whether this be due to promotion, demotion or a simple a change of job role we have developed a way to do this with ease.

You have requested better visibility regarding your rota costs. We have now given you the ability to opt out of viewing NI and Pension costs on the rota.

On the Total Pay line on your rota, you will now see a tick box, simply tick this box if you like to see the total pay including NI and pension and leave unticked if not.

Once again, we would like to offer you more visibility with your data. Within the Wage Report you now have the option to view the report in either net or gross.

This is one of our favourite features of the year and has been incredibly popular. Users have requested that bulletins can be sent as emails as well as push notifications.

Now, when creating the bulletin, you have the option to select if you would like to send it out as just a notification or also an email.
