Transferring Staff Between Sites 👩🍳
We have streamlined the process of transferring staff to new sites within your group. Users with the new Transfer Staff permission are able to add staff from other sites in their group to their own sites with just a few clicks.

Users able to change their own NI number ✍
In our latest update we have added the ability for users to amend their own NI numbers. This can be changed in their own profiles easily by selecting "View/Edit My Personal Information" in their profile page and then looking under the "Payroll Information" section.
Allocate multiple contracts to employees 📑
Your company may have multiple contracts that need to be signed by employees, so you will now be able to issue these and have employees sign multiple contractual agreements in Opsyte!
You will still be unable to issue more than one of the same contract, but you can now make amendments to current contracts and send for a re-sign. Find out more about how to allocate contracts here!
Salaries equally divided by number of periods in the year ➗📊
We understand how important it is for you to be able to accurately estimate your monthly salary costs. That is why we have now added a new salary cost calculation setting for you!
As well as being able to divide your salary costs by the number of days in a period, you will now also be able to allocate them equally based on the number of payroll periods (i.e. calendar monthly).
This can be amended in your company settings by admin users, and simply contact customer support if you need help.
Regenerate enrolment email 🔄
Now, if you or a staff member have trouble receiving the enrolment email when first joining, you will be able to go into the staff profile and resend the initial email again. This saves you and your teams from having to spend valuable time contacting our support team to get this resolved!
You will find the "resend enrolment email" / "reset password email" button at the top of the employee's profile.
