When onboarding new starters onto Opsyte, they will be sent an email asking them to join and a link that takes them to their profile. This is the first step to starting on Opsyte, and we have seen an increase in the number of requests to our support teams asking for these enrolment emails to be re-sent.

As a result, we have now added the ability for admins to re-send the enrolment email. This means if they have not received it for any reason, you will now be able to fix this without having to contact us!

All you need to do is follow these easy steps.

Navigate to the Staff List

In the side tab, open the "staff" section and select "Staff list"

Select Staff member

Under Staff List, select the staff member who is having trouble receiving their enrolment email. You can select the staff member by clicking their name.

Resend Enrolment Email

Then at the top right of the staff members profile, select the "Resend Enrolment Email" button as shown below.

This will now resend the onboarding email to the staff members email address.

If the employee has already logged into Opsyte then you won't be able to resend this email, but you can send them a forgot password email instead!

The onboarding emails can take a few minutes to come through, but if after a short while the staff member has still not received the email, double check that the email address that is in Opsyte for that staff member is correct.
