How to use the NEW Opsyte App!

If you have the Opsyte app installed you have lots of functionality at your fingertips, here's a guide on how to use it!

The new Opsyte App is now live! This article will bring you up to date with everything you need to know. 😊

Follow the relevant links to download the Opsyte App.

Profile πŸ‘©β€πŸ³

Within you profile you will find all of your basic information, contact details, emergency contact and payroll details.

You can make any changes to the above by clicking on the top right "edit". Make any adjustments you need to make and press "save".

Rota πŸ“†

On this tab you will see all of you shifts that have been publish in the Rota.

You will see the job role, department and start and end time of each shift.

You can toggle between the dates using the arrows at the top.

Clock-In ⏰

This tab you will use for clocking in and out of your shift. The times recorded will automatically be saved to the app and the portal for management's reference.

To clock in or out for a shift you will just need to swipe the green bar from left to right.

Similarly, to break in or out, you will need to swipe the grey bar from left to right.

Please note: you need to be within the parameters of your site's clock in rules before you can clock in or out.

Inbox πŸ“«

Here you will see all of your notifications. You can click on each line to view the full message.

Any unread notifications will show in green.

Changing Sites 🏠

This will apply for anyone who works in multiple sites.

To change form one site to another, click on the site name in the green box at the top of the page and select your other site.

Please note: If you work within two sites you will need to select the correct site before clocking in.

Shift History πŸ“Š

Here you are able to view shifts that you have previously worked and whether they have been approved by the payroll administrator.

If you select on the pop out icon, you will be able to see the start time and end time and also the approval times.

You will also be presented with the total hours for that week.

Available Shifts 🀡

Available shifts will list all the shifts that are available within your department from shift swapping.

Staff Rota πŸ˜ƒ

Here you can see the full staff Rota with all team members. You can change the week you are viewing with the arrows at the top of the page.

You can also select to view one department at a time.

Holiday Requests πŸ›¬

Here you will see an overview of all current holiday requests as well as their approval status and details on how many days have been requested for payment.

You also have the ability to add a new request via the app.

Settings πŸ“

The settings page enables you to change whether you have push notifications turned on or off.

You can also set your default Home Screen, this will be the first screen shown when you click on the app.

Petty Cash πŸ’°

For the petty cash module, you will simply need to press "Add" in the top right of the screen.

From here you will be prompted to complete the fields above and to take a picture of the receipt.

Invoices 🧾

On the Invoices tab, you will see all invoices that need approval but also all approved and rejected invoices.

To approve or reject an invoice you will need to select the invoice and choose either approve or reject and select a reject reason.

In the top right of the invoice page, you also have the option to add an invoice. When adding an invoice you will need to take a picture of the invoice

Contracts πŸ“‘

You can view and sign your contacts within the Opsyte app. Once they have been assigned by the manager they will appear within your contracts tab.

You can then sign your contracts and view if the manager has signed them also. In the top right of the contract, you can download to your device.

DocumentsπŸ“š

The documents section of the app allows you to view and complete all of your documents. Once on the document tab, you can select the document you wish to complete.

You will be prompted to upload a document if needed then you will be able to sign the document.
