New Search Bar 🔍
Our enhanced search bar is designed to simplify your daily Opsyte experience. Utilize it effortlessly to search for employees, switch between sites, access invoices, manage maintenance and lost property tickets, and explore company settings and shortcuts.
Raw Holiday Accrual Download 📅
In the Holiday Accrual tab, you will find the option to download to Excel. We've enhanced this feature by adding an extra tab within the download, allowing you to conveniently view your employees' holiday balances categorised by job role as well as in total.
Bulk Upload Payroll Calendar 💰
We have developed a new Payroll Calendar Upload. This proves particularly advantageous for sites without existing payroll calendars aligning with our current options, such as monthly or bi-weekly. With this new setting, enjoy enhanced flexibility to tailor your payroll calendar to better suit your needs.
Shift Notes View on App 📱
Previously, employees could only access shift notes within their shift sections. However, we've upgraded the system to include the feature of viewing notes for all employees directly within the staff rota.
Invoice System Improvements 📃
We've implemented some minor enhancements to our Invoice System. These improvements include enlarging the invoice size and ensuring it remains stationary while entering account codes for your line items. All of these adjustments are aimed at streamlining your workflow before moving on to the approval page.
