Uploading Payslips

In this development phase, we've collaborated closely with various Payroll Providers to empower you to effortlessly import your employees' payslips directly onto Opsyte!

All you need is a document containing all payslips, and they will automatically align with the corresponding employee via their matching National Insurance (NI) number.

Insytes Update

Insytes has undergone a complete transformation! We've revamped our folders to make it easier for you to locate the perfect report.

Once you've pinpointed the report you need, simply add it to your favorites to unlock your data's full potential and view it in all its glory.

Archive Job Roles and Departments

The Job Roles and Department section has undergone a refresh!

Now, you have the capability to mark both job roles and departments as inactive, accompanied by the added feature of organizing them into separate tabs for active and inactive items.

Contract Upgrades

We're excited to announce two enhancements to our Contract section!

Firstly, we've introduced a new field: Job Role Start Date. This addition proves invaluable for employees undergoing a job role change, allowing you to include both their company start date and their job role start date within their contract.

Secondly, when assigning a contract to an employee, you now have the flexibility to set an expiry date for the contract, providing you with greater control and clarity.

Voids on Cash Up Page

In the Elements section of your cash-up page, we've always provided options like Accounts, Deposits, Petty Cash, and Comps. Now, we're excited to introduce a new addition: "Voids."

Designed to function similarly to comps, Voids offer even more detailed granularity in your cash-up process, enhancing your ability to manage transactions effectively.
