We encourage our clients to suggest ideas for improvement by using the Feature Requests option in our sidebar. The Feature Requests page allows you to submit your ideas for improvement, as well as vote and comment on those left by other users. Please get involved and help us to decide what to develop next!

When you apply a template to a rota, you now have the option of selecting what department you are uploading the template to.

Additionally, you can upload a template for the remainder of a week if any shifts within that week have already been approved or clocked in.

The template will function as usual for all shifts but won't alter those that are already approved or clocked in.

When generating employee documents, you can now designate them as "Department Specific," allowing you to effortlessly assign documents to the appropriate departments.

Introducing a highly requested feature: You can now integrate your shifts with iCal.

To set this up, just navigate to your employee profile on the desktop and follow the steps outlined below:

You can generate a secret link below which you can input into your calendar application.
This will allow you to see your shifts in your calendar.

Outlook on Windows:

For multi-site companies, we've introduced a new capability: "reporting groups."

This feature is particularly useful if you wish to view specific locations of sites, such as London or Manchester.

When selecting your sites for reporting, you'll now find the option to "Manage Groups," as illustrated below.

We've enhanced the Weekly Sales Report by adding a VAT line to facilitate your weekly consolidations.
