What do we mean by a Requested Feature?
We encourage our clients to suggest ideas for improvement by using the Feature Requests option in our sidebar. The Feature Requests page allows you to submit your ideas for improvement, as well as vote and comment on those left by other users. Please get involved and help us to decide what to develop next!
Clock- In Notification
We will now send push notifications to staff if they have failed to clock in 5 mins after their shift was due to start and they usually clock into shifts.
Rota Totals
We have introduced department totals, the new feature focusing in on a department wage percentage to assist with you wage forecast and budgeting.
Payroll Updates
You now have a quick and easy view for all your payroll periods and the status that they are within.
This feature can be found under the "Payroll Periods" section of your payroll tab.
Transfer Staff Update
We have introduced a new optional feature for staff transfers between sites. You can now specify a last working day to facilitate temporary staff transfers for a defined period.
Holiday Calendar
On the holiday page, the 'Staff Name' column is now fixed in place. This ensures that when using the slider bar to view dates in a smaller window, the names remain visible. This enhancement makes it easier to track who is on holiday and when.
Multi-Site Termination
You can now easily remove an employee from multiple sites when ending their employment. The termination page will display all the sites the staff member is assigned to, allowing you to click a button next to each site name to remove them from additional sites.
Payroll ID Input
When hiring a new staff member, you now have the option to add a Payroll Identifier. This field, located beneath the surname field, is optional. With this feature, you can assign a payroll number immediately, without waiting for the employee to complete their personal details.
This feature can be made mandatory in your company settings under "Employee Settings".
Permissions Update
The buttons on the permissions pages have been updated for improved functionality. Next to each heading, you'll find a larger button. Clicking this button will toggle all permissions within the selected module on or off, making it easier to set permissions for your employees.
Trust ID
On the Trust ID documents there will now be an expiry date visible.
If you do not have an expiry date, for example if the employee has a British Passport, then it will show 31/12/9999.
