Sorting Invoices by Account Code
You can now sort your invoices by the assigned account codes. This can be done by clicking the 'Category' title at the top.
Dashboard
The Opsyte dashboard has a refreshing new look to it making everything look a lot more clear and concise.
Holiday Calendar
The holiday calendar has had a fresh new update and will now show bank holidays, employees work anniversaries and their birthdays. This can be turned off in the settings if its not desired.
Global Search
The global search bar at the top of the screen will now include searching for the setting name and the description, ensuring you find what you are looking for faster.
Home Companies
Staff can now have a "Home Site" which is their usual place of work. This will be visible in the staff list, staff profiles, and the payroll file. This has been added to help with your company reporting.
Inactive Contract Templates
When viewing the company contract templates, the inactive contracts are now displayed on a different page. This should help make it clearer when viewing the contracts
Payslip Improvements
We have made some adjustments when it comes to uploading payslips on Opsyte. Rather than clicking from a dropdown, you can now search for the employee you would like to assign the payslip too. There is also a new button on the right-hand side that when selected will skip the file on that row.
