This guide offers a step-by-step approach to managing user permissions and department restrictions.

User Permissions

1. To edit a employees' permissions, click on "Company Settings"

2. Click "User Permissions"

3. Click "Edit" next to the employee you need to change.

4. You can use click "Enable All" to provide full access or "Disable All" to remove all permissions.

5. You can use the main module toggle to save time.

6. Or select one by one.

7. Once done press save.

Department Restrictions

1. To edit "Department Restrictions" go to settings.

2. Click "Department Restrictions"

3. Click "Edit"

4. You can fill all of the section with "Read only", "Read and write" or "No access".

5. Or select one by one.

6. Once you have edited the employees Department restrictions you can click "Save As Preset" to use for future employees or just press "Save".

You can save as many presets as you need.

7. To use a preset just select from the drop-box as shown below and press save.
