Set Fixed Holiday Hours by department.

This guide provides a straightforward process for setting fixed holiday hours in the Opsyte Portal.

If you set Fixed holiday hours, then for holiday requests, we bypass average shift length calculation and use the department's default hours.

To set the fixed holiday hours by department, follow the steps below:

1. Go to company settings

2. Click "Staff Departments & Sections / Job Roles"

3. Click "Manage Departments"

4. Click "Set Fixed Holiday Hours"

5. Click "Edit"

6. Input the amount of fixed holiday hours.

7. Click "Save"
