Prior to inputting a cap on this employees holiday you can see that they have 230.72 hours accrued.
If you would like to cap this employee's holiday accrual, go into staff list and select the employee. Once in the employees' profile, click "Holiday".
Then click "Edit Holiday Allowance"
Here you will see any historical changes to this employees holiday Cap.
To make a change you will need to enter a start date the cap applies from, then the number of days.
Click save changes.
If you have made a mistake you can delete the cap you inputted as shown below.
To view the update you can go back into the holiday accrual and check if the employee has reached their days cap.
Here you can see the first employee on the list has reached their cap, this is visible by the small information dot next to their name.
