Follow the guide below to learn how to access and use the audit log for permissions and department restrictions. This will help you keep track of any changes that have been made.
Click on the settings cog.
Click "Audit Log"
Filter Setup
Use the dropdown to select whether you would like to view Permissions, Department Restrictions or All.
Select a Date Range and click Apply, If you are looking for a specific employee, enter in the subject, user search box.
Reviewing Logs
Click Get Audit Logs.
Here you will be able to see the date the changes were made, by who and what the changes were.
Blue is for departments restrictions enabled and in grey for removed. Green if for enabled permissions and red for removed.
