Staff can request holiday through both the mobile app and website.
Requesting Holiday through the Website 🌞
To request a holiday, you must firstly log into your personal Opsyte account. Once you have logged in, go to the top right hand corner of the page and click the profile icon.
This will in turn give you a drop down list of your personal options for your account. From here, select Request Holiday.
You will then find yourself on the My Holiday screen. From here you can enter a start and end date to your holiday request. You can request all dates as paid, or part paid. Any remainder will be automatically classed as unpaid leave.
Your holiday request will remain as Pending until approved by an administrator, and you will be notified when your holiday has either been approved or rejected.
Requesting Holiday through the Mobile App 📱
To request holiday through the mobile app, open the app and click on the More button, then click on Request Holiday in the menu.
You will then see a list of your current holiday requests. Here you can click the New button at the top right corner to make a new request.
You will then see the screen below. where you can set the dates of your holiday and change the number of paid days you are requesting. Click Submit to submit your holiday request.
