You may have times where unforeseen circumstances mean a team member needs to work and they are not on the scheduled rota. This is not an issue - all you need to do is make sure they clock in!
Once they've clocked in, a shift time of one minute will appear on the rota. This is a default setting, because we don't know how long they will work for.
The rota will show this 'one minute shift' until they clock out and the shift is approved - at which point we will update the rota to show actual hours worked.
