What do I mean by Requested Feature?
We encourage our clients to suggest ideas for improvement by using the Feature Requests option in our side bar. The feature requests page allows you to submit your own ideas for improvement, as well as vote and comment on those left by other users. Please get involved and help us to decide what to develop next!
Incident Report Improvements 👩🏭
Incident Reports will now be sorted by newest first by default, to make your newest incidents the most accessible! Are you getting the most out of our incidents feature? Check out how to use it here.
Rota Templating Improvements 📆
A few issues were highlighted to us about the Templating feature, so we have now improved it to make Templating the fantastic time-saving tool that it should be! As well as having these issues resolved, you will now also find that Templates are now faster to apply.

Customisable End of Day Time ⏲
Good news for late night businesses... We now allow you to set your own End of Day Time to ensure that your Cash Ups are accurate to your day's trade. You're able to change this in your company settings. Please contact customer support if you need help!
Employee Dashboard Improvements 👨🏾🍳
We have improved the Employee Dashboard so you have greater visibility of the page, with less scrolling!
Holiday/Rota Bug Fix 🛬
An issue was highlighted where you'd be unable to put a shift in the rota after deleting someone's holiday, as it would tell you they were already working. This has now been fixed, so if an employee ends up coming in to work on a booked holiday day, you'll be able to clear the holiday and make any changes you need!
Self Service Integration for Lightspeed & Square clients 💰
We have improved the Onboarding process for Lightspeed and Square clients, allowing you to set up the integration of your own till system! We hope to be adding more till systems to this list. 🎉
