What do we mean by a Requested Feature?
We encourage our clients to suggest ideas for improvement by using the Feature Requests option in our side bar. The Feature Requests page allows you to submit your own ideas for improvement, as well as vote and comment on those left by other users. Please get involved and help us to decide what to develop next!

Delete Non-Starters π - Requested Feature
Admins can now delete any non-starters from Opsyte by using the new, helpful "Delete User (Non-Starter)" button located within the staff profile (shown below).
This option will only be available to staff members that have no shifts allocated or approved. If you have any issues deleting non-starters, please contact our support teams.

This is something we know many of you have been waiting for!
The NEW Opsyte mobile app. Now available on Android and IOS.
Staff can now:
Update their profiles
View their published shifts on the rota
Clock in and out of shifts
View shift history
Manage holiday requests
Organise shift swaps
And much, much more!

Negative Holiday Balance Warning β
When processing your staffs holiday requests, you will now receive a warning if the request pushes the staff members holiday balance into the negative.
This should help with ensuring you are not over booking holiday for staff members.
