Areas

We have now introduced "Areas" which sit above your Job roles and Departments.

With this new function, you have better control of your rota organisation and wage reporting.

You'll be able to read all about this new function here.

Global Employee Search

Our search function just received a major upgrade.

Now, you have the power to seamlessly search for employees across all the sites within your access.

This enhancement is designed to optimise your experience, especially if you manage multiple sites.

Continuous Employment Start Date

We have introduced employees' continuous start dates into the staff list.

When you access the staff list, you'll now find their continuous start date displayed, offering a comprehensive view of their tenure with us.

Rest assured, detailed job role start dates remain accessible within individual profiles, providing you with comprehensive insights at your fingertips.

Wage Percentage Update

We have updated our Rota Wage Percentage.

Now you can go into more granular detail with your wage cost percentage by offering 3 decimal places.
