Booking, approving and rejecting Holiday.

Viewing this guide will enhance your ability to handle holiday requests with confidence and clarity.

The Holiday Calendar will show the following:

1. Bank Holidays are shown in red.

2. Employee's Birthdays:

3. Employee's work Anniversaries:

To approve or reject holiday:

1. To approve holiday click on the green tick.

2. This will then show you if an employees is going into a negative holiday balance. If you still wish to approve then click "Approve".

3. To reject holiday, click on the red cross.

4. Here you can input a reason as to why the holiday is rejected. (The employee will be able to see this). Then click "Reject".

Booking holiday on behalf on an employee:

1. Click on the employee drop-down.

2. Select the employee, and add the holiday dates

3. Paid days: Here you can select how many days out of the time booked off will be paid.

4. You can add a reason for the time off

5. Click "Create Holiday"

You can also filter the holiday calendar by department.
