Change User Order on the Rota.

A step-by-step guide on how to customise the order of your employees on the Rota.

This guide provides a step-by-step process for changing the user order on the Rota.


1. Click "Rota Menu"

2. Click "Change User Order"

3. Choose the employees you wish to modify their position on the rota by using the green + button.

4. Click the red - button if you do not need to customise the employees' position.

5. Drag and drop to change the employees' position within their department.

6. Click "Save Changes"
