Option 1: Downloading the rota without costs:
1. Click "- Rota"
2. Click "Rota Menu"
3. Click "Download Without Costs"

Option 2: Download the rota without Job roles:
1. To download without the job roles visible, you need to make sure the rota is set to "Compact On".
2. Click "Rota Menu" and select Download Rota.
3. Click "Download Rota"
Example: Of compact rota download:
(You can also use this option with no costs.)
Option 3: Download the rota with Job Roles and costs:
Make sure the rota is set to "Compact off", then click download rota.
