This article will cover:

Rota Settings

You can find your company settings in your admin menu. To get to the admin menu, click on the four squares icon at the top right corner. When you are there, click on Other Company Settings.

You will then need to click on Rota Settings in the list.

You will then see two options, the option to change your shifts per day and the option to change your budget labour warning.

You will be defaulted to seeing two shifts per day in your rota, and a budget warning of 0.3 / 30%.

If you wish to change these settings, make your change then click Save.

Holiday in Shift Cost

One of the rota settings as seen above is "Include Holiday in Shift Costs?" this plays into the rota options below.

This setting enables you to decide whether you see the cost of the accrual (12.07%) or if you see the cost of the holiday booked.

If enabled you will see the cost of accrual, if disabled you will see the cost of holidays booked.

NI and Pension Cost on Rota

When viewing your costs on you rota you have the ability to include NI and Pension costs or not.

On the Total Pay line on your rota, you will now see a tick box, simply tick this box if you like to see the total pay including NI and pension and leave unticked if not.

Holiday Cost on Rota

Similar to viewing your NI and Pension on the Rota, you can also see your holiday costs too.

Total Pay line on rota with "Include Holiday Cost" ticked.

If you tick "Include Holiday Cost" then your Total Pay for each day will include the cost for any holiday that has been booked.

If you have any issues with any of the above then please feel free to get in touch with one of our friendly support team by clicking the chat icon at the bottom left of your screen 😊
