What do we mean by a Requested Feature?
We encourage our clients to suggest ideas for improvement by using the Feature Requests option in our sidebar. The Feature Requests page allows you to submit your ideas for improvement and vote and comment on those left by other users. Please get involved and help us to decide what to develop next!

App Updates📲
We have updated the Opsyte App to now include Invoices, Petty Cash, Documents, and Contracts!

Payroll Upgrade 💰
We have upgraded our payroll file to give you a greater breakdown of your data. We now have extra tabs at the bottom of your payroll file.
Payroll
This is your regular payroll file as shown above.
Raw
The Raw tab shows the payroll file in the clearest form with only the necessary information for payroll.
Raw Combined
Raw Combined shows the raw data similar to the raw tab however this tab will combine multi-site employees onto one line.
Starters and Leavers
This tab will highlight all starters and leavers within the company but also starters and leavers of job roles.
Changes
Changes will show any changes within the selected payroll period such as address, bank or name changes.
Sage New Starter File 📁
Also within the new upgraded payroll file, there is a Sage Employee Upload which has pulled together all new starter information to be uploaded into Sage.
Terminal Upgrade📠
You can now add active until dates on the terminals within the cash-up page, allowing you to keep your financial module clear and concise.
Insytes Updates 📊
We are constantly improving the selection of reports within Insytes, this month we are focusing on our new sales dashboards, below you can see the Weekly Statement of Business.

New Integrations 🔌
TrustID
Our integration with TrustID is now live and in use!
This new integration will allow businesses to complete right-to-work checks for all of their new starters without having to bounce between multiple sites. Simply complete checks in Opsyte with our new and exciting integration with TrustID.

Silverware
We now have an integration with Silverware POS.
Seamlessly integrated to bring you your data at your fingertips.
Invoice System Improvements 🔨
Automatically generated descriptions for invoices based on the line items found in the document.
More invoices are processed automatically and displayed on the "Ready" screen (marked as checked by Opsyte).
Improved statement detection. Many more statements are now recognized and categorised as statements automatically.
Improved calculation of VAT for invoices where not all items on the invoices have VAT on them.
