You may see a red banner appear on your rota if your rota'd hours exceed your sales forecast.
If you haven't completed a sales forecast, you can learn how to do so here.
You can change your budget % in your company settings, you can learn how to do that here.

Contracted Hour Warning
In the schedule, you will be alerted if any of the employees exceed their contracted hours.
This warning will be indicated by their name being highlighted in orange, as shown below.
