User Permissions πŸ”’

User Permissions control who sees what within Opsyte - almost every action you can perform has a permission tied to it. This is so you can tightly control the actions people are allowed to perform on Opsyte, and keep sensitive information secure. To find out more about permissions, you can view our article here.

Department Restrictions πŸ”‘

Department Restrictions control which departments employees have access to view, as well as the level of access they have. For example, you may want a team leader to create and edit the rotas only of their own department, and have read only access to other department's rotas - you can accomplish this with restrictions.

As another example, you may want to give a Supervisor the ability to view people's salaries on the rota so they can budget accordingly - but you may want to hide the salaries of their management. Restrictions are also how you can accomplish this.

Find out more about restrictions in our article here.

Invoice Approval Restrictions πŸ’³

Invoice Approval Restrictions control who has permission to view and approve your invoices. You can find out more about setting up your Invoice Approval Restrictions here.

Incident Locations 🩺

To use our Incident Reports, you will need to set up incident locations and can do that here. To find out more about incident reporting, you can visit our article.
